Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our VoIP technology project for B2B. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English proficiency (C1 certificate preferred) and extensive experience in project management, particularly with Jira. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to transform client visions into actionable plans, and proficiency in managing Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at BinarCode, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and translating their vision into clear, actionable plans.
• Jira Management: Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets. Transform client requirements into Jira epics, and break down epics into detailed tasks.
• Task Estimation and Assignment: Estimate the effort and resources required for tasks, assign tasks to team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Scrum Meetings: Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum-related activities.
• Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure transparency and effective communication across all levels.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Keep track of team progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.

Required Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within VoIP technology or a related field.
• Language Skills: High proficiency in English (C1 certificate preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Jira and other project management tools. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively push back and manage client expectations.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.

Location:

• Job is hibrid in Cluj Napoca, str. Fagului 54D, you’re required to be in the office at least 70% of your time
