Now we’re growing our brand - and we need a creative, organized, and hands-on marketing mind to help shape how the world sees and hears us.

Your Role

You’ll be the voice of PBX.IM across our channels. From writing smart, human content to building our social presence, your work will help educate, inspire, and connect with our audience.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Community Management

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals
• Write short-form content for Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
• Create visuals using pre-built Canva templates
• Post content on set dates and ensure regular activity across platforms
• Track engagement and report what’s working (and what’s not)
• Keep content assets organized in shared team folders
• Open and maintain accounts on platforms like G2, Capterra, Trustpilot
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging everywhere
• Contribute ideas for creative and engaging post formats

Content & Copywriting

• Write compelling, clear content for:

1. Blog posts
2. Features and solutions pages
3. Newsletters and campaign emails
4. Whitepapers or one-pagers (as needed)

• Work with the SEO team to apply keywords and metadata
• Publish and update content in Prismic (CMS)
• Write and improve documentation or help pages when needed
• Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas that match product updates or customer needs

You Might Be a Good Fit If You...

• Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content management
• Write clearly and naturally in English
• Have a good eye for layout and are comfortable using Canva
• Know how to manage content publishing in CMS platforms like Prismic
• Are organized, proactive, and like getting things done without needing micromanagement
• Have a feel for brand tone and voice - especially in B2B or SaaS
