We are currently looking for a backend developer to extend the team for one of our client projects. The project is an accounting software for the Construction Industry that we started 4 years ago.

The project is in a beta testing phase with the goal to onboard several customers in the upcoming quarters. You will join the team to help with fixes and new features based on customer feedback. Laravel Backend Developer Responsibilities

As a Laravel Developer at BinarCode, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of PHP frameworks, with a focus on OOP and SOLID principles
• Working with SQL databases
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Collaborating with other team members to build efficient and long term solutions
• Enjoying the process and having fun

Ideal Candidate Qualities

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has at least 4 years of experience
• Takes ownership in technical decisions
• Very good communication/English skills
• Speaks their mind openly and constructively
• Detail oriented

Hiring Process

Our hiring process consists of the following steps:

• Non-technical video call with HR (up to 30 minutes)
• Technical interview (up to 60 minutes)
• Follow-up video call with CEO (up to 30 minutes)
